Allison Miller (Spinning Instructor)

In addition to being a certified personal trainer and certified group fitness instructor, she is also certified in several specialty formats, including PiYo, Turbo Kick, Insanity, Spinning, and Pop Pilates.
Allison has been active her whole life, from playing sports throughout her childhood to training and teaching group fitness classes today. She believes that a healthy and fit body is a happy one and everyone can enjoy exercise, it’s just a matter of finding the right one for you.
She began her fitness career as an indoor cycling instructor in 2010 and evolved from there into things like strength, boot camp, and these other formats.  She believes in a well-rounded approach to fitness, so she aims to be able to provide that for the members who come to her classes.
As a San Diego native and Florida transplant, she can’t get enough of the sunshine and the beach. She also loves reading and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
