Brittany “Flex” Watts (Personal Trainer)

Brittany Watts is a Professional Women’s Physique Bodybuilder with the International Federation of Bodybuilding. Miss Watts was born and raised in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and following High School, attended Tulsa Community College and majored in business.

Brittany started her bodybuilding career in Oklahoma after competing in a Zumba Challenge sponsored by a good friend. She now travels the country competing in professional shows, making guest appearances, and making presentations.

Her hobbies are reading, going to the beach, traveling, and relaxing with friends.

Flex is dedicated to the sport of women’s Bodybuilding and has been competing for more than five-years. You can tell right away from her stage presence, that Brittany is a crowd favorite and always brings her best routine when the lights are turned on.

What does it mean to you to be a professional bodybuilder?
Albert Einstein once said, “Try not to become a person of success but rather try to become a person of value.” My goal in bodybuilding is to help add value to people, by speaking into their lives and encouraging them to live a strong and committed life.

I believe that “persistence is an essential factor in the procedure of transmitting desire into its monetary equivalent.” In other words, if you work hard, train hard, and help people, life and God will reward you.
